Returns for Credit Replacement Policy
Doublebrook Pty Ltd will not offer a refund or return if you simply change your mind.
Goods will only be refunded if faulty or unsuitable for their intended use and no replacement is available.
To assist you and us with returns and credit claims, we would appreciate it if you could follow the procedures as below:
* If goods you receive are damaged in transport and you will not accept delivery please sign consignment note 'GOODS DAMAGED NOT ACCEPTABLE'
* If you receive a consignment with a package missing please mark consignment note 'ONE (1) PARCEL MISSING'
* A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER is to be obtained from Doublebrook Pty Ltd prior to any goods returned.
* Doublebrook Pty Ltd will not pay for freight on any returned goods.
* All claims for damages and shortages must be notified to Doublebrook Pty Ltd within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. Any notification after this period will not be entitled to be credited.
Shortages and Substitutions
Due to stock shortages, on occasions, we are forced to make substitutions in order to fulfill your orders.
When this is done, we will always endeavour to make these replacements with products of similar quality and price.
Please feel free to return these substitutions if they are not acceptable, if a suitable substitution is not found a refund may be given.
Pricing Policy
All prices quoted include GST unless stated otherwise. Online prices may differ from retail store prices.All prices are subject to change without notice.
Bulk buys of any item may be subject to quantity discounts, please contact us to find out more. All prices for country areas will be subject to adjustment for freight.
Freight
Freight may be added where applicable. All prices quoted on www.struddys.com.au & www.struddysonline.com.au are considered estimates, and we reserve the right to change these prices.
Copyright\Trademarks
In order for us to provide the fastest possible turnaround on our services, we expect customers to already have the necessary authorisation, for us to use any copyrighted and\or trademarked logos and artwork, prior to ordering.
Indemnity
I (the customer) declare that I am the owner of, or that I have authorisation from the owner to use, any copyrighted and\or trademarked logos and\or artwork that I have supplied and\or requested. I authorise Doublebrook Pty Ltd to modify, reproduce and retain this content for this and future orders.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doublebrook Pty Ltd, including all employees, suppliers, directors and agents against all losses, actions, claims, suits, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or related to the breach or unauthorized use of any copyright and\or trademarks reproduced.
